They will also be able to give you a list of recipes that you can cook for months to come!

Keeping your fat intake down is beneficial for everyone, especially those with heart related diseases, obesity or cholesterol problems and cutting down on fatty foods from a young age will undoubtedly benefit you, health wise in later years.
