Can’t Figure Out Why Your not Losing Weight

I am writing this article to help people answer the question, “why am i not losing weight”. This article will help direct people towards a better quality of life and fitness level. I am a personal trainer that has helped hundreds reach there fitness goal and i want to help you reach your goals. This equation I came up with for you to follow is designed to help you. You will have success if you follow this.
Equation is : mindset+ diet+ cardio+ resistance training = results.
The first thing that you should focus on when trying to lose weight is having an overall positive mindset. Having a positive mindset will keep you on your path to better health and improved self-esteem. You should be prepared to go through some rough times. Staying strong will will get you over any road block. Using a fitness plan will go far in helping you maintain peace of mind.Having a fitness plan will allow you to monitor whether or not you are getting results. Not being able to track you progress is probably why you have asked yourself, “why am i not losing weight”.
The next part of the equation is Resistance Training (RT ).People have a fear of weights so I have listed RT second.People are afraid of this type of training because their unsure about the effects on their body, but you need to do RT for the best results. Your muscles working against an opposing force is the basic definition of RT. The following are two examples of RT: step ups: you are using one leg to lift your body onto an elevated surface, and push ups: you are using your arms to lift your upper body off the ground.RT is important in developing muscle size and shape due to the use of the bodies full range of motion. Without RT it is very hard to work the more then 600 hundred muscles in the body. You should be working them properly and if your not then that is why your not losing weight.

My nemesis is cardio. I don’t want to confuse anyone, I was a runner in college so I dont hate cardio.  My issue with cardio, is the mentality that cardio is all that people have to do in order to become fit. Not having a clear understanding that it takes more then just cardio to get the results you are looking for. In my estimation 90% of the time you are wrong, if not more. Cardio should complement your workout. It should have a specific amount of days it will be repeated, time that the workout will take, and distance traveled in relation to RT.You will be upset with your lack of results as time passes if you don’t vary your workouts.

You have to put a lot of importance on your diet. I have listed this as the last part of the equation because out of everything, this causes the most problems. Setting up a proper diet can be difficult because of not knowing which foods to eat in order to get the best results. Being a social bug and having a couple of drinks can throw everything off schedule.I have found that the best diet is the one that is flexible.  I also found that those of you who listen to your friends about what they’re doing and not finding what your body needs, also falling short of your goals. To answer The question,”why am i not losing weight”, when speaking about dieting, my suggestion is to follow a plan that give you portion sizes

The only thing that matters at the end are results. So, let’s back track. you need the proper mindset and plan to get results. Because you have read up to this point, I know you have the right mindset. The 3 in 1 process will get you the most success. By using a program that combines resistance training, cardio, and a great diet plan you will get results. Because of my hard work and efforts there is no need for you to find each element of fitness on your own. I found the best programs for you. All of these programs are great and will get you to that ultimate shape you are looking for. Tap on the link. Now you can become who you always wanted to be.
