The master cleanse diet is a famous diet that flocks of people have already tried to lose weight. The reason why there is much talk about it is because of the fact that it does work.

The master cleanse diet is a cleansing diet that was designed by Stanley Burroughs around 50 years ago. Stanley Burroughs was an expert in alternative medicine and claimed that the diet corrected all other disorders.

The diet is said to cleanse the body of all the toxins that have been accumulated through years of unhealthy eating, drinking and smoking. The diet is accompanied with laxatives and a salt water flush in order to effectively excrete all these toxins as wastes.

The master cleanse diet revolves around one central thing which is the intake of nothing but the prepared lemonade. The lemonade is created with the mixture of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper all mixed in water.

The reason for why lemon is included in the mixture is firstly because of its effective cleansing properties. Secondly, the fruit is rich and vitamins and minerals which are required for the body to function properly. Lastly, it serves to loosen mucus in the body for effective detoxification.

The cayenne pepper is also essential in the creation of the lemonade for a variety of reasons. First, it also allows for effective loosening of mucus. Secondly, it allows for the proper cleansing of the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems.

The maple syrup only has secondary importance with regards to the other ingredients. It is necessary in order for the dieter to harness energy from.

You will need to take in laxatives since your body will not have access to fiber the entire time that you are in the master cleanse diet. You can have your choice of tea or salt water flush. Remember though that you can only choose one of the two and not both at the same time. Find out more.

My View On The Master Cleanse

Wednesday, July 1st, 2009

For people who want to lose weight without having to do strenuous exercise, the master cleanse diet is always at the top of their list. A slew of people have tried this diet and they are all talking about how effective it is.

The master cleanse diet was created by an expert of alternative medicine by name of Stanley Burroughs. The diet which was created 50 years ago was claimed to be the answer for any kind of disorder.

The master cleanse diet was designed to be a cleansing diet so that the dieter who goes through with it can rid his system of any toxins that he has accumulated through years of unhealthy living. The dieter will be drinking copious amounts of lemonade as well as laxatives.

The main gist of the mastercleanse diet is that the dieter will need to go through a basic period of 10 days without feeding on anything except lemonade. Mind you though, the lemonade that I am talking about isn’t the usual kind; it is a concoction made with lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

Burroughs may have been familiar with a number of benefits that lemon has which is why it found its way to the list of ingredients. One benefit is that it had great cleansing properties. Secondly, it contains a load of vitamins and minerals which we all require and get from ordinary solid food. Lastly, it can loosen mucus in the body for better detoxification.

Although it may take a long time to get used to, never omit the cayenne pepper from the making of the lemonade. The cayenne pepper is important for a few basic reasons. First, it looses the mucus quite similarly as the lemon does. Second, it cleans the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems.

Finally, there is the maple syrup. The maple syrup is but a secondary ingredient in the entire recipe. It is only included for caloric purposes; so that we get the energy we need to perform daily tasks. You may reduce the amount of maple syrup depending on how much you can handle.

Remember that you will still have to couple your lemonade with laxatives since you will be deprived of fiber throughout the entire time. You can choose a tea laxative or a salt water flush but never do the two at the same time.

When it comes to dieting, the master cleanse diet tops the list for thousands of people out there. A lot of people have been raving about this diet and it is only because of one thing and that is because it works.

The man behind the master cleanse diet is Stanley Burroughs and the diet has existed for almost 60 years now. The diet which Burroughs claimed was the answer for all kinds of disorders was what he came up with after years in the field of alternative medicine.

The main idea of the diet to rid the system of toxins accumulated through years of unhealthy living. Together with the lemonade which is to be drunk, the dieter will also have to take in laxatives to help remove those wastes.

The master cleanse diet primarily involves the dieter going through 10 days without anything but the lemonade. This lemonade is no ordinary kind of lemonade as it is made not just with fresh lemon but maple syrup and cayenne pepper as well.

The lemon has a few benefits that could explain for why Burroughs included it in the list of ingredients. First, it had amazing cleansing properties. Second, it is full of vitamins and minerals that it has to provide the dieter since the dieter is barred from eating any solid food. Finally, it can effectively loosen mucus in the body.

For the diet to have good results, the cayenne pepper must not be omitted in the making of the lemonade. This is because of the following reasons: first, it loosens the mucus just like the lemonade; secondly, it cleanses the respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems.

The secondary ingredient for the lemonade is the maple syrup. It is needed just so that it can supply the dieter with the energy that would have come from the food intake. Overweight individuals may even reduce the quantity of maple syrup in the lemonade.

Finally, your diet will never be complete without laxatives. You need laxatives because your diet of lemonade does not consist of any fiber at all and you will need to excrete all the toxins as wastes, You can choose between a tea laxative or a salt water flush but never both. Read more.
