Choose air-popped popcorn over oil-popped popcorn. Instead of high fat pudding, try pudding made with skim milk instead. Stay away from ice cream as it is chock full of fat. Try frozen yogurt instead. You can even add in fresh fruit for an added health factor that just so happens to be delicious.
Avoid trying for a no-fat diet as there is such as thing as good fats and they are essential. Even if a food contains less fat, it is not necessarily good for you or less fattening. Foods high in sugar are also not healthy. Select brands that are low fat and low in sugar when you have a choice.
